Background

Some people choose one field and devote their whole life to it. Mykhailo Troshchenko took a different path, systematically connecting different fields. This path is a methodical, proven construction of interdisciplinary expertise. Each field sharpened specific skills: decision-making in critical conditions, systemic management of complex projects, attention to people and their inner resources. Today, these skills serve to create social innovations in Switzerland.

MT-B Association sets out a reference point of values — the human being at the foundation of every decision. Below, the same principle unfolds on a more ambitious scale, through different systems and instruments, in service of the same goal.

Homo AGIus

Homo AGIus explores the future of medicine, education, the economy and housing — systems that put the human being back at their centre.

The main areas have been developed by Michel de Troché and are now ready to move from research to concrete implementation.

Homo AGIus is now open to a strategic alliance with a family foundation or a private philanthropic structure ready to support the emergence of this global system. The architecture of the future partnership may take the form of a joint initiative, a dedicated structure, or another model.

Some elements are not publicly disclosed. Public deployment: 2028–2030.
